Drifter Motel Rooms

We didn’t get in time to receive the keys, but personnel waited for us anyway.

Kind, friendly, quiet, close to the historic part of town.

Good location, comfortable bed, nice blankets

The motel is typical of the original motels on Route 66. It is upgraded but still has the charm.

The owners were wonderful and so helpful and friendly. We were in a queen suite which was spacious and comfortable. And the owners even brought us a table and chairs so we could work on our computers. We were there for a whole week visiting our granddaughter.

Lee was great and was very helpful.

Probably one of the cleanest and most well-maintained places I have stayed.

Friendly couple working the desk. Room was clean. Beds/sheets were clean but bed was a bit uncomfortable. Shower felt a bit claustrophobic. They need the shower rod that’s curved to feel a bit more spacious as you shower. Overall not a bad experience.

The owner of the property was extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable

Our room was clean and we had what we needed. The owners have put money into updating the rooms—tile floors,nice furniture, tiled bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

I had come into town for a wedding. I booked with a different hotel to save a few bucks and it did not work out. They were able to get us into our room the following morning so we could shower and get ready for the day. I usually stay here and will continue to do so. It's worth the extra $30.00. Lesson learned!
